Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Shipping Within Australia

PlayHaus ships Australia-wide.

 

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery service.

 

All orders are sent with tracked shipping.

 

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on destination. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by country and courier.

 

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PlayHaus cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

 

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of collectible items, change of mind returns are not accepted. Please ensure you review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

 

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for damaged or faulty items depending on product availability.

 

If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund.

 

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Opened blind boxes or mystery items

  • Trading cards once opened

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
